WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR NOTARY APPOINTMENT
- Yourself. (Any person whose signature is being notarized personally must
appear before the notary.)
- Your completed documents. (Documents cannot contain blank
spaces that have not been filled in)
- Valid identification. (This document must be current, or if expired, issued
withing the past five years; contain the documents signers photograph,
physical description and signature; bear a serial or other identifying number.)
Acceptable forms of ID:
- State-issued driver's license or non-driver ID issued by the State
- Driver's license issued in Mexico or Canada
- U.S. Passport
- Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service
(INS) - U.S. Military ID
Unacceptable forms of ID:
- Social Security Card
- Credit Card
- Birth Certificate
